  I have found the trifecta.
  
  First and foremost this is a great academy for kids of all ages and experience levels to gain more knowledge and fundamentals of baseball and softball. The instructors have a great ability to share their experience and knowledge in a way the kids actually learn and enjoy the game in a much more meaningful way. The academy seems to spend effort making sure all the coaches are teaching in the same way so the kids have a better chance to absorb information.
  Second, the kids are taught to be respectful. Respect toward the coaches, umpires and adults translates to a better baseball and life experience.
  And third, the kids are taught the value of team play. While their individual skills are honed, the kids learn how to supportive of one another adding to brotherhood/sisterhood experience. My son has made friends here that will last a lifetime.
  
  On a side note:
  The indoor facilities are clean, well appointed (including a weight/lifting area) all in great working order. There is a nice place sit and relax watch TV, an area separated to work or have a snack, and seating in the main room where the kids are working out.
  
  I would suggest bringing your son or daughter in to have a one on one batting session with Coach Waters. They will leave a better hitter with one lesson. You see a huge grin and they will leave knowing they are more capable beyond their own expectations.
